Recently, organizations are less eager to invest in agile-related roles, even though they acknowledge the growing importance of agility. The main reasons are that most of the agile leaders are struggle to showcase the actual results of their efforts, and the standard agile training systems simply provide instructions without delving into the underlying reasons. Instead of forcing teams to adapt to the rules of agile of a team or experience, we can use some key principles from psychology, software engineering, and management science as a guide for designing in a way that is adapted to people.

It was created by Elton Lau, Terry Ng and Yoyo Wong.
